Faith.Destiny. True love. Right place at the right time.

     These are the things that this movie portray. The story of the movie was great specially when the twists and a touch of tragedy barge in the movie became interesting.
The story is about a boy named John Lui(Takeshi Kaneshiro) had a crush on a girl named Eve Choi(Gigi Leung). These two were in the same school and there was a field trip in where they go on to a park. John Lui always follow this beautiful girl Eve Choi, as they ride into a merry go around he sat behind Eve for him to glance at her. while at the park Eve is writing a poem and reading some, John is still glancing and watching her to recite the poem but when Eve stood up her notes flew and the wind drove the papers in to the pond, she hurriedly get the paper, John couldn't resist to help her so he run and go down into the pond and get the remaining papers in the pond he just give the papers to Eve and he cannot even look into Eve's eyes, and run after. the field trip was finished and it's their time to go homw and while in the train Eve couldn't help to look at John, Eve has also feelings for john that time, John thought that Eve couldn't notice him but Eve does, she even memorized John's student number and so as John memorize Eve's student number. The train was about to stop where John lives so John stood up and surprised when Eve lend him her booklet and pen for him to write his contact number, without doubting he wrote his contact number and left. As the train goes and so the happiness that they experience continues but the faith is playing with them, when the train stops and Eve left the train smiling she also left the bag where the contact number of John was written in the booklet.

       They grew old and living their lives on their own, John Lui was an inspiring violinists and Eve a professional translator. It was really a destiny that they live nearby. There came days that they pass through to each other
     Although there is a good chance to meet again in a city like Taipei, they don't come across each other by chance, another time.
The two also don't know, that they are living in the exact same building and that they are only seperated by a thin wall. It seems like destiny has a grudge against John and Eve, because every time John turns left, Eve turns right...

    Until there was an incident happen, an earthquake occur and destroy some part of their town and most of all the wall that divide them with each other.
